Case A: Shifting From QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

Firstly, you need to fulfil two requirements before switching to QB Online: you must shift to QB Online within 60 days of creating your QB Online account, and you must possess the latest version of the QB Desktop on your computer.
Now, launch the QB Desktop to immediately bring up the 'Product Information Window' by tapping the 'F2' key and then ensure that the 'Total Targets' displayed within that window are less than 7,50,000.
Thereafter, move swiftly to the 'Vendors & Payables' option located under the 'Reports' menu, and then you have to hit the 'Sales Tax Liability' option.
